Hello Friends,

Recently, our company which was previously branded Innovative Collaboration decided to restructure and to expand.  To all of our customers who have been with us since the beginning, please don’t worry — all the services to which you have become accustomed to us providing are still provided by us, and no one else!

“So, why the name change?” you’re probably wondering.  Through the various strategic partnerships that Innovative Collaboration formed over the past few years, we realized that our company could provide a much more comprehensive set of communication and marketing tools for the digital age in which we live.

We started out originally providing web and internet, phone, and mailing solutions, but after restructuring and rebranding as Prime13 Digital Services, we are able to offer the full gambit of Digital Marketing and Communication Tools for our customers.  This rebranding as Prime13 Digital Services allows us to be a one-stop shopping point for our customers to find solutions to nearly every type of marketing, communication, and operational needs that are upon us in the Digital Age.

While we might have changed our name to Prime13 Digital Services, we haven’t changed our commitment to excellence that we offer to each and every customer.  Prime13 Digital Services believes that only through thorough investigation and understanding our client’s needs can we provide the best tailored solution to those interested in our services.  We don’t agree with the current mentality of trying to sell our customers — to convince them that they need what we have; instead, through crafting a very carefully planned strategy through listening to our customers’ needs, we instead provide solutions to your problems — meaning that we can show you the answers to your needs.

Simply put, Prime13 Digital Services is an all-inclusive marketing and communications powerhouse, but with a personalized touch that ensures that your needs will be met to their fullest capacity.
